We have an urgent opening for Executive MDM (master data management) at Dubai/ UAE.

1.Job Title: Executive MDM (Master Date Management)

2.JOB Purpose: Taking complete ownership of MDM function, including article code creation, implementation, extension, article master maintenance, data migration, and setting master data rules.

3.Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the SAP MDM & LSR function for Middle East and Africa region.
•Article creation, vendor and customer master creation, purchase info record and RSP maintenance.
•Item master control (SKU Harmonization).
•Checking & Validation of current and new SKU codes created in MDM Environment.
•Article master database maintenance (eg. CP, product cycle, UOM, RSP, Expiry dates, Dimensions, Barcodes, Hierarchy etc.)
•Setup master data rules, structures and code series globally, across different business formats.
•Support all organization level mergers and acquisitions.
•New implementations, testing, training and execution of each activity.
•Implementation, Data Migration & Maintenance.
•Working in close sync with end users in day to day operations.
•Working closely with IT team to ensure consistency in controls
•Delivery & SLA (Service Level Agreement) management.
•Generate MIS of the MDM activities
4.KPI’s:
•Article master maintenance as per timelines
•Reduced redundancy and data discrepancies & increase consistency
•Unified modeling of the business processes
•Automation of manual activities
5.Competencies:
Functional
•Minimum 3-4 years, hands on experience in MDM, preferably in a large retail Organisation.
•Good understanding of Retail business objectives, business environment and related processes.
•Strong Technical, Functional & Leadership expertise in developing/delivering Master data Solutions
•Excellent analytical skills.
Behavioral
•Ability to do multi-task, prioritize work and meet tight schedules
•Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
•Good in man management.
•Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and to get the work done @ personal level.
