ORACLE MDM LEAD (8+ YRS) Chennai / Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge on full implementation of lifecycle including scope definition, requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution definition, testing, data conversion strategy and execution, and post go-live support.
- Experience in project management, including on-going communication with end users, requirement gathering, business processes mappings, functional gap analysis, solution design and test script generation.
- Conduct production rollout activities and drive system readiness, covering system integration and user acceptance testing, key user trainings, data migrations and defect resolutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) of MDM business process cycles and system integration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and findings.
Required Skills:
- Must have 6 to 8 years of experience.
- To Lead implementation of Oracle R12 Master Data Management, including Product Data Hub (PDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Supplier Data Hub (SDH).
- Must have hands -on experience in MDM/ERP functional design, implementation, development, integration, upgrade and user support.
- Must have Oracle MDM implementation experience in Oracle Product Hub (PDH), Customer Hub (CDH), Supplier Hub (SDH) and Site Hub involving Data Governance, ETL and Data Quality processes.
- Experience in data quality tools (Oracle EDQ and EDQP) integrating with Oracle MDM applications.
- Broad cross-module knowledge in Oracle Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Oracle Projects, Oracle Product Information Management data hub, and Oracle Business Intelligence suite.
- Strong functional knowledge in Order-to-Cash business processes, including Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate should have four-year college degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business or Humanities. Prefer candidates with Master's degree and/or certifications in the technologies.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
? Lead and collaborate across teams in a complex Petabyte+ data management
environment .
? Develop effective solutions in Tableau, BO, SAS Grid 9.4 and SAS Viya 3.5 or 4.0
environment, Python/PySpark/Anaconda Enterprise on Hadoop/Cloudera, EMR
Studio/EMR on AWS
? Develop data consumption and usage solutions for relational databases and high
volume implementations in Oracle, Exadata, MySQL, Hive
? Develop solution architectures for development and deployment of code on-prem and
on AWS
? Work with cloud architects, vendors, model developers, analysts, and other stakeholders
to support model development and analytics.
? Support Synchrony data scientists.
? Work closely with model developers and other analysts to maintain compliance with

Qualifications / Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree, or equivalent, in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Computer
Science, Economics with minimum 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology
or in lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in the Information Technology
? Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analytic engineer
? Minimum of 2 years experience with public cloud deployments
? Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming
languages.
? Strong and proven skills in leading teams, interacting with users, hands-on experience in
translating business requirements into analytics/model development solutions, data
analysis, data warehouse and big data concepts, relational and unstructured databases
? Hands-on experience with technologies such as SAS Studio, SAS Viya, EMR Studio, AWS,
Hadoop, Spark, Spark SQL, MLib
? AWS Certification, eg. AWS Solutions Architect, Big Data, Developer, Machine Learning,
DevOps, SysOps
? Experience with at least one of the modern distributed Machine Learning and Deep
Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet Caffe, and Keras.
? Working knowledge of modern software development practices and technologies such
as Agile methodologies and DevOps/MLOps.
