**Responsibilities:**
**Essential Function 1: Operations Management**
1. **Understand and Apply Processes**: Thoroughly grasp and apply the processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards related to Enterprise Analytics.
2. **Timely Analytics Provisioning**: Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate provisioning of analytics. Spearhead the implementation of corrective measures when necessary.
3. **Client Query Handling**: Effectively manage client queries and escalations, guaranteeing prompt responses within agreed-upon turnaround times.
4. **Custom Report Development**: Design and develop reports tailored to meet customer requirements.
5. **Capacity Management**: Oversee and manage capacities while driving productivity improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
6. **Professional Daily Activities**: Execute daily tasks with the utmost professionalism to enhance EA KPI results.
7. **ICOFR Checks**: Perform internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) checks.
**Essential Function 2: People Management**
1. **Team Participation**: Actively participate in daily team briefings and weekly team meetings.
2. **Issue Recognition**: Identify and communicate potential bottlenecks or backlogs, raising issues as appropriate.
**Essential Function 3: End-to-End Process Improvements**
1. **Guideline Adherence**: Ensure strict adherence to internal and external guidelines and maintain a standardized process landscape.
2. **Quality Improvement**: Lead the implementation of quality and continuous improvement projects.
3. **Support Initiatives**: Provide support for process improvement initiatives and related projects.
**Essential Function 4: Relationship Management**
1. **Strengthening Client Relationships**: Establish and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
2. **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Interface with other Shared Services Center teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field (BE-IT, MBA, MCA).
- Adequate proficiency in SAP, SQL, PowerBI, and advanced MS Office applications is essential.
**Business Experience:**
- Essential: Over 5 years of experience in Analytics, with over 3 years in a similar role (Sales, Finance, Operations, Production, NWC related area), and over 3 years of experience with SAP.
- Desirable: Previous working experience within a shared services center is a plus.
