Job Responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative at BlueFlower Media, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:


1. **Sales Outreach:** Conducting outbound sales calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate leads and potential customers.

2. **Customer Engagement:** Providing excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.

3. **Product Knowledge:** Gaining a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

4. **Sales Targets:** Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

5. **Sales Strategies:** Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

6. **Market Research:** Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.

7. **Sales Reporting:** Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.


Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


- Excellent spoken and written English skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales experience is preferred but not required.

- Motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
