PowerBI developer


Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of data for insightful decision-making. Collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders, you'll contribute to the creation and maintenance of Power BI applications.


Responsibilities:

- Connect to diverse data sources (databases, files, web services) and transform raw data for analysis.

- Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI, employing Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.

- Create and publish interactive reports and dashboards through Power BI Service and Power BI Mobile.

- Implement robust security and access control measures for Power BI applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and functionality.

- Document and maintain Power BI applications and processes.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Power BI and data visualization.


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Power BI development.

- Proficiency in connecting to various data sources and data transformation.

- Strong expertise in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.

- Experience in implementing security and access controls in Power BI applications.
