JD  Customer Success Engineer (Network Security Engineer  L2 and L3 Support in Network Security)

Responsibilities:

Customer Success Engineer

  • ·       Handson installation, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • ·       Manage customer escalations, balance expectations, and negotiate successful resolutions.
  • ·       Work with public cloud platforms (IaaS) and networking devices (Switches and Routers).
  • ·       Manage Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, and Firewall Network.
  • ·       Lead daytoday operations and administration of the Palo Alto Firewall.
  • ·       Ensure endtoend delivery.

Technical Experience:

  • ·       Proficient in Networking Security (Static Routes, RIP, OSPF, BGP, LDAP, IPSEC, SSLVPN, NAT, GRE).
  • ·       Strong understanding of Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, AppID, userID, contentID, Global Protect.
  • ·       Indepth knowledge of IPsec VPNs, Global Protect VPNs, Security Profiles, Firewall implementation.
  • ·       Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure.
  • ·       Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux).
  • ·       Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

 

Skills:

  • ·       Proven experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Desktop Support, and IT Help Desk.
  • ·       Good understanding of computer systems, firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
  • ·       Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • ·       Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • ·       Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • ·       Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.

  • ·       Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • ·       Quick learner and team player.

Qualifications:

  • ·       Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Additional Information:   Open to night shifts.

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Budget: ₹19 to 20 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiner, 15 days or below 1 month

Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
