Contract : 12 months


Experience: - 

Drive Business Unit and IT pipeline growth through developing compelling digital transformation strategies for assigned key accounts

Establish the communication protocol and minimize communication barriers between technical and operations staff

Consulting with operation teams through to understand, diagnose and document the process flows, identifying operational tactics and bottlenecks

Working with Solution team to transfer process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions

Understand operation process and deliver documentation such as SOP, operation guide, PD guide for the daily operational needs

Establish the reporting mechanism from operational team to IT and Business Units, with measurable KPIs and efficiency matrix

Influence proposal content to ensure value impact to business outcomes

Collaborate with technical consultants and support team in development and operation

Produce and maintain documentation for existing and new business information processes

Train process owners and technical engineers on applied tools and methods for continuous improvement

Knowledge of customisation/development techniques on integrated systems or client solutions is a prerequisite (various profiles accepted depending on the domain).

Experiences in Enterprise security and compliance standard to meet non-functional requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytic tools and dashboard development such as tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx, etc. for data vistualization tools

Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant Automation Tools : UI Path , Power Automate, 365 app

Knowledge of software development on full-stack technologies:

      ·      Backend: Java (Springboot), microservices, etc.

      ·      Frontend: Angular, NodeJS, VueJS, etc.

      ·      Database: MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL

      ·      DevOps: Jenkins, Git, etc.

      ·      Cloud: AWS, Azure, Openshift, etc.

Build close relationship with multiple stakeholder on forecast planning and requirement analysis

Regular reporting to management on performance assessment and pipeline forecast

Knowledge of data transition or migration experiences between different integrated systems would be a plus

Be flexible on working hours and work location on client site

Travel is required occasionally
