About TCS BPS Hiring
TCS BPS offers exciting entry-level career opportunities for Arts and Commerce graduates from the 2025 batch. This program focuses on enabling professionals to work in TCS' rapidly expanding Business Processing Services, playing a pivotal role in transforming businesses and enhancing customer experiences.
Eligibility Criteria
3-year full-time graduates from the following streams:
Commerce: B.Com, BAF, BBI
Arts: BA
Management: BBA, BBM, BMS
Academic Details:
Maximum 1 active backlog/arrear/ATKT at the time of the interview (should be cleared by joining).
No extended education beyond the stipulated course duration.
Gaps in Education:
Total gap should not exceed 24 months.
Gaps must be declared, with relevant documentation provided.
Course Mode:
Only full-time courses are eligible.
Secondary and Senior Secondary education through NIOS is acceptable if the remaining courses are full-time.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 28 years
Work Experience:
Role is for freshers, but prior work experience must be declared, if any.
Work Environment:
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, as per project requirements.
Application Process
Step 1: Log on to the [TCS Next Step Portal](https://nextstep.tcs.com).
Step 2: Fill out the application form accurately:
Update Name and Date of Birth as per Aadhaar card.
Submit the completed form.
Step 3: Registration:
Existing users: Login, complete the application, and select "Apply for Drive".
New users: Register under the "BPS" category, complete the application, and select "Apply for Drive".
Step 4: Select your test mode (In-Centre) and preferred test location.
Step 5: Confirm your application status by checking "Track Your Application". It should reflect Applied for Drive.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in-person.
Details of the schedule will be communicated via the registered email ID.
Important Notes
1. Ensure all original academic documents are available:
- 10th, 12th, and graduation marksheets (up to the latest semester).
2. TCS does not ask for monetary deposits or hire through third-party agencies.
3. Official communication will only be through TCS-approved channels.
