Management Trainee - Tactical Sourcing Genpact is a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for clients through innovative sourcing strategies. We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Tactical Sourcing team as Management Trainees in Hyderabad.


Location: Hyderabad, India


Job Description:

As a Management Trainee in Tactical Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in procurement and sourcing processes, leveraging strategic methods to optimize cost-efficiency and vendor management. You will be part of a vibrant team and contribute to the effective execution of sourcing initiatives.


Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Source to Pay processes

Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodologies

Experience with RFx (Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation)

Familiarity with spend category management and analysis


Working Hours:

Evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (10-hour shift)


Work Arrangement:

Full-time, onsite role with 5 working days per week
